Services in this package are typically completed over 3-4 visits. The vaccinations in this package (except for Rabies) require boosters every 2-3 weeks until your puppy is 16 weeks of age.

This package is pre-paid, non-transferable, and non-refundable for services not used. It is valid for six months from the purchase date.

Medications (including but not limited to heartworm/flea/tick preventions & treatment), shampoos, deworming & intestinal parasite treatment, Examinations for medical conditions/illnesses, Bordetella & Canine Influenza vaccines, Annual heartworm tests, Spay or Neuter
